Terms & Conditions

By submitting a deposit, the customer agrees to the following:

1. Florals will be provided in accordance with the final Proposal.

2. The customer should expect some variation in the floral arrangements.

3. Where specific varieties of florals are not available, WDFR reserves the right to substitute a comparable floral. WDFR will notify the customer if substitutions of primary arrangement florals are necessary.

4. A 50% (minimum) deposit is required to reserve the event date and specific flowers. The deposit amount will not be refunded if the order with WDFR is cancelled. By providing this payment, you are affirming that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

5. The Proposal amount shall be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to the event date. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the event date.

6. WDFR reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

   • If the cancellation is due to nonpayment by the customer, the deposit will not be refunded.

7. Customer event date change requests will be subject to WDFR availability.

8. The Customer assumes responsibility for the rental items when they are no longer in WDFR’s possession.

9. When Customer picks-up florals, Customer agrees to:

   • Coordinate with WDFR to receive and return rental items in accordance with the WDFR Proposal.

   • Provide an enclosed vehicle for floral transportation.

   • Accept delivery, inspect rented items for damage, and sign delivery receipt.

   • Repackage rented items for return along with WDFR transport boxes (when applicable) to the WDFR designated drop-off location.

   • When returning, jointly inspect rented items with WDFR to check for damage.

10. Customer agrees to protect rented items from damage including but not limited to physical impact, rain, wind, food, liquids, fire, and/or smoke during use and return in the same condition in which they were received.

11. WDFR florals may have been used in previous events and may be used in future events with or without modification.

12. Photography of the event taken by or provided to WDFR may be used freely by WDFR without restriction, notification, or cost.

13. WDFR will collect a refundable security deposit to be paid as part of the proposed rental amount. If rental item(s) are damaged or not returned, the customer will be notified of the labor and material cost to repair/replace (at WDFR’s option). The amount will be deducted from the security deposit and any remaining security deposit will be returned to the customer. If the cost exceeds the security deposit amount, an invoice for the excess will be sent to the customer to be paid within 10 days.

14. WDFR makes no warranty of any kind regarding the products.

15. Customer indemnifies and holds WDFR harmless for all injuries or damage of any kind and for all consequential and special damages.

16. The Customer shall pay all reasonable attorney and other fees, the expenses and costs incurred by WDFR in protection of its rights under this rental agreement and for any action taken by WDFR to collect any amounts due WDFR under this rental agreement.
